I visit the KC shop ofter and have always found John, son Ben and Sam very heipful and obliging. Always busy the team have the uncanny ability to prioritize the jobs so no clients are disadvantaged or unhappy. John has a wide ranging network and can access information and parts quickliy and easily.the shop has always honoured Warranties and understand that cyclists want to be riding bikes not waiting for repairs. They all have extensive experience riding all types of cycles and can advise younger beginners on technique style and the suitability of a bike purchase. I will always use Kenmore Cycles as my Bike shop and would unreservedly recommend the team to all cyclists.

Super friendly down to earth group of people. Gave my bike a great tune up, a couple of maintenance tips over a chat, and even described a few short cuts for my ride to work in the city. What more could you ask from a local bike store??
