Simon and Shane have been fantastic.  From the moment I entered the store they made me feel welcomed and comfortable.  They have given good honest advice with no pressure to buy.  Simon is very passionate about the products he sells and is genuinely interested in you and your riding.  I have been cycling for 12 years and visited many bike shops and this is one of the few stores I have ever felt that the staff actually care about you as a customer.  Keep up the good work guys!

Coming from Sydney, I was looking for reliable bike shop and I wanted to become part of a local cycling community.

I was in the doldrums when a different shop advised me that there wasn’t much social/bike shop rides outside of racing.

One visit to Simon made a world of difference. Simon comes across as friendly, engaging and provides his own perspective without discounting your own.

I’ll definitely be returning my business.

Simon is super friendly, super helpful with all kinds of related stuff like nutrition etc and knows what he is on about. My bike has never run as good as it does since I've started taking it to him. Highly recommend!
