I've been here three times across the past 12 months for a gas bottle refill.nnEach time they tell me they are out of gas, or that staff members on duty aren't able to assist.nnBesides this, there is a decent range of other camping gear.
We went into this store about 3 times for different things…over 3 days. Yeti issue, storage box purchase, awning mat purchase. The first girl who served us was terrific but then we got Alicia twice after that. We were after a product that she did not have in stock and bent over backwards to ensure we could click and collect at another nearby store. She then helped us again. She was efficient. I saw her dealing with her colleagues professionally and with great leadership qualities. You could tell she was respected by the staff too. She helped me for over 15 mins and even if the surrounding staff didn’t need help, she knew it and knew what they were doing at the register. She reached out to those who did need some help and taught them along the ways, a great multi tasker all whilst helping me who clearly enjoyed her job and position. It was busy everytime we met but staff made the effort to help, especially withnour of the ordinary situation. Big thanks especially to Alicia who went above any beyond. It’s nice to see great service still exists
Poor service at this branch. I was told they couldn't spool my reel, which is a basic service. This is the only BCF store I’ve ever visited that refused or was unable to do this. Very disappointing. The staff member didn't even ask for my membership information. Terrible experience.
Very knowledgeable staff who were quite helpful. Pretty well stocked for everything camping wise but needed a restock of fishing lures I thought.
When ever I come here to fill gas they always have excuse. We don’t fill at the moment or don’t have anyone or go to different shop to fill that or wind is there. They always have excuse worst service ever face. If you can’t fill gas bottle then stop there service.
