The store on this particular Saturday afternoon around 3pm was very busy, and there did not seem to be sufficient staff to meet the demands of customers; remembering also that this was on a major sales weekend! Other than the above, the store was well laid out and had a good variety of products: its great to see various tents or swags, camping furniture etc set up so that you can "try for size"... Having crawled through two swags and one tent, lifted various products and replaced same on shelves, tried out several camp chairs the Wanderer self-stabilsing Rocking Chair being an absolute favourite and contemplated the many uses of various devices I never knew existed to meet the needs of the most robust camper.... I have concluded I won't need to go away this year... I'm too exhausted!
Staff were super helpful. Price matched an online price for me, walked away with a great price and local warranty as a bonus. Even wrapped my purchase in blag bags so the kids wouldn't see what they were. Great store!
Went there at 5:27pm as the site and sign at the door stated it closes at 6pm and wasn’t allowed to enter the store as they had closed, that is absolutely ridiculous. If you close earlier then what it stated update the times, not just myself and father were disappointed but around 4/5 other shoppers.
I have not been here before but perhaps I should have. They have so many items that it makes buying stuff really hard as they seem to have an endless range of products. Go layout and very helpful staff.
The staff here are amazing, their knowledge of their products is second to none, they are friendly without being in your face. Huge product range at excellent prices.
Great shop but it shuts at 5:30 not 7 so bit annoying if you’re going off their online hours
