Staff is too busy on the phone. Its the third time went there for gas refill and the staff only give excuses, team member on break, runout of gas. Or short on staff. Went there 2 pm, short on staff while there was 2 member at the counter and asked me to come back after 3. Came back at 4.20 lady on the phone. Sorry we runout of gas today. When I told her that I was here before and asked to come back. She say I'm short on staff. My hands are tight. Business run on commitment not excuses. Not going there again.

one star acknowledging friendly staffs…However, we got an agreement on price match. When I come back from my car to pick up gift card, another staff took over and refused the price. They had a policy, but it was very disappointed.

This is the second time we visited this store for the gas bottle rifill and both time we got told off that we can’t fill the bottle right now.nSo inconvenient.nStaff member gave the reason that they can not rifill the bottle as they low on staff and need to come after an hour.nWell you guys not doing any charity work or something. We people paying for the service and you guys tell the customers off straight away.nRude staff. Never ever coming back to this place.

I can't be too complimentary about the service I received at BCF Moonah store. I am a BCF club member so the benefits I get are already significant, but Mel and Sarah went above and beyond to help my wife and myself. I only shop at this store but hope all that all the BCF stores are as good as this one.

Friendly staff, good range of products and plenty of parking out front.
