Went into Brisbane Street store today. Was in there for about 15 minutes and not approached by salespeople once. Funny because two female salespeople were standing behind the counter looking at the register and talking about what they had sold already this morning. "A chaise, a buffet and a sofa' said one salesperson. My guess is they never actually sold anything, they just wrote up the sale. Needless to say I walked out of there and around the corner to Hervey Norman and spent $13,423. I really liked several things at your store and actually compromised on my bed as I preferred the one I tried at your store. Happy enough with the lounge dining furniture I got but would have been just as happy with the ones you had on display. Service matters, and even if you are just visiting merchandisers for the store, even you could smile and acknowledge a customer. Very disappointed
