I specifically came back to buy a giant rug for my living room here because Steve & team were so friendly and helpful. It's a huge bonus, of course, that my rug is gorgeous. I should also mention Cynthia upstairs whose service was also brilliant - I would've made a point out of buying a couch from her had I been able to get the one I wanted as quickly as I needed.
The service is always great here. I am also surprised to find out this store is one of the only place in Hobart still recycles broken TV. All other council places include waste management just told me to dump it in the tip. Thanks so much for looking after our environment. You guys deserved a big thumb up.
Went with a friend to purchase a new computer. Service was pretty good, staff member discounted items, including a couple of small purchases I made.nUnfortunately, the person at the register didn't put everything through at a discounted price.nCheck your receipts before leaving the store.
TV I ordered and paid for online wasn’t available. Was told by Katherine it was my own fault for buying online and not coming into store. Thanks Katherine quality service And solutions.
Top price for the fridge we wanted. Excellent service and advice from the Richard, Teddy and Simon in Refrigeration in HN Hobart... also the delivery guys were super efficient and polite.....good experience all round!
