Very poor customer service, you try to call the store for assistance and it just rings out. Be mindful when ordering online, they will not give a refund if delivery is beyond the delivery date noted on invoice.nVery poor service and as nice as the customer service person was the policy of the company makes it a 1 star rating
It's fine. Great range of sewing and fabric related products, but besides that most items were mediocre. The staff were helpful which was definetly important as things aren't labelled very well. There aren't any isle numbers meaning actually finding products can be somewhat tricky. Overall the experience could be better but I do recommend it if you're looking for sewing related products.
Went in to find some items needed to finish a project, and Kylie in the craft department was AMAZING and even gave me some fantastic ideas that will definitely improve on my vision, I will be hunting for her on my next trip in.
Absolutely love this store but trying to find someone who knows their stuff is hard thank God I'm a seamstress who knows what I'm looking for because if I ask about something its always I'm new
Special thanks to Tracey for helping me get the correct curtains .... my wife could not make it to spotlight so gave me strict instructions on which curtains to purchase. Tracey was friendly and very professional in her approach to helping me even if I did not realise the curtains I wanted had birds on them ..... thanks again Tracey.
