It's clear that customer service isn't a strong point for this business, for if it was they wouldn't have employed the nasty, old woman that currently works at this store. If you want to be spoken to in a condescending and rude manner then this is the store for you. This woman has the personality of a wet sock and the customer service skills to match. As a business owner myself, I know that the treatment of clients/customers is paramount and no amount of re-training could rectify this womans awful disposition. Its a shame because the product is great but seriously if this is the way customers are treated then you're best off to take your business elsewhere.
Very confused by the low rating Been coming here for a long time and get greeted warmly by the staff everytime. Very good on price, very good on product selections. I can get my smart protein bar from here every morning and that will have it on stock :
Beware purchasing products from this stores.. I bought a nutralife liver guard vitamin, but it has expired 2 weeks ago! I was not checking for the expire date.. Just got back from my trip, and looking at the expiry date, is back from before i even arrived Australia!
