Ways better than Base Auckland. Clean facilities and comfy beds, car parks next door (charges apply). The basement bar, which belongs to the hostel, is quiet affordable. In general the hostel is more expensive than the average. I saved money by booking online

Great kitchen. Rooms are small No loud music in the hallways during daytime. Not good for daytime naps

Good rooms. Was very busy so the check in took forever. There was free dinner at the bar and happy hours were also decent.

Great location, clean rooms and helpful staff. Only bad thing was the lack of aircon in the heat but not a deal breaker :)
