Whilst it isn't exactly cheap at $9, I am yet to find one of this quality at a cheaper price point.nnCrackling pork rollnBread: SS+, 9.5/10. Perfectly crispy outside but soft inside. Even better, kept warm in a small oven just before being madenPate: S, 8/10. Probably a slightly unfair assessment since I asked for less and therefore couldn't really taste it but was not too salty and didn't dominate the flavoursnPork: SS+, 9.5/10. Amazing. Still juicy. Still crunchy. Good ratio of fat and meatnSalad: S, 8/10. Pickling was solidnValue: S+, 8.5/10. Well worth it for $9.

I work nearby and have this for lunch EVERY DAY! Freshly baked soft bread rolls, generous with the meat and patey with a great ratio of salads, chilli, and sauce.nn$9 for a Cripsy pork roll and $7.50 for a chicken roll. Great value, hence why I don't bother food prepping my lunch.nnThere's always a que, but they have plenty of staff on that the line moves quickly. And they also remember my order now, which is a bonus :
Best Banh mi in sydney. Their roast pork is the greatest, but i just discovered their egg roll for breakfast, just as amazing. The egg cooked perfectly, bbq pork nice and hot, the bread is the best i've had, just cooked from the bakery, crispy on the outside, hot, soft inside. For this i chose some onions, green onions, chili, bit of mayo and soy sauce to top it off, pefection! This is way better than your traditional egg and bacon roll/burger for breakfast. And better value for money. Just $9.
Definitely up there with the best banh mi I’ve ever had. I’m going to say it’s the same level as Top Ryde bake house but slightly worse for one reason, their chicken needs to be cleaned better as I felt their were veins, bit of cartilage etc while eating the banh mi - if it wasn’t for this, I’d rate it as the best tasting I’ve ever had! Great job!!nnKeep in mind also, they are cash only & want you to pay I.d them or pay cash - so don’t expect to tap & go.nnAtmosphere is not ideal, as the location is not exactly nice/nowhere to sit comfortably and eat. If this place was in a better location I’d be here daily!
