As usual. Everytime we choose same menu when go to any Thai restaurant. Steam fish with lemon garlic sauce. But .. this one was I can give only 2 star as the fish is smelly and tasteless bit. They need to find Good chef. How ever the noodle beef soup still yummy. !
It was not a good experience at all. The waitresses were horrible. My husband was having his soup ; I felt like the waitress just put the stir fry plate on his soup bowl. Didn’t even bother to make the space to put the plate . Very rude and lower quality service.Hotplate prawn was not worthy for money. In the picture it was with veggies. When our hotplate arrive , it was not with the veggies , only few prawns and carrots. They should tell us it is cash only restaurant. Horrible. Will never go or recommend to anyone.
Food is not bad but I'm disappointed for the sticky rice. It's come with small container and not even full the restaurant charge me for $3.90 look like left over food from customers. This is First time and also last time order from here.
Came to eat here with a table for 12. Customer service appalling. When our waiter came to take our orders he stood on one end of the table and expected those who were sitting on the far end of the table to yell their orders across the table to him rather than him walking around to take their orders. When our food came out we had 2 dishes that we did not order come to the table and 5 meals come out completely wrong. Half of the table was served first and the other half of us had to wait extremely long for the rest of our orders. By the time the last two people got their food, everyone had already finished eating we had to get our last meal as takeaway as there was no time for them to even eat their meal. We had to ask multiple times for them to fix our orders and where our food was, the waiter was not apologetic at all with all the wrong dishes or the extended wait times. When the waiter served our food to us, he served it on one end of the table closest to the kitchen and expected us to pass our dishes down the table ourselves. Usually I am quite considerate with customer service at restaurants especially since we were a large group and that our waiter was a trainee, however I was extremely disappointed with the service here. EDIT: In response to the business' reply: Reviews are used as a form of feedback for the business. The manner in which a business replies to a positive or negative is a review in itself. The purpose of my review is to provide feedback on my experience which you can then use to better your business. I hope you take this feedback into consideration when training your staff.
Nice taste and a great place to dine in. I had chicken tomyum noodle and pad tai when I first dine it. It was 5stars experience. We were allowed to have extra nuts, and the portions were big! However, the second time comming, we had mixed seafood tomyum main size and red curry. Althought they taste great, the tomyum main size serving was less than the noodle we first had despite them having the same price The bowl was only 3/5 full. It was a little upsetting as we were looking forward for the tomyum soup. This was how the tom yum looks when it first arrived. Still very delicious though.
my plates tell everything about this restaurant. Food really delicious, spacious eating area and feel like you are eating in Thailand. Really recommended this restaurant
Considering we traveled pretty far for this place to visit some friends, the food was nice, but we have had better. The Pad Se-Eiw was pretty awesome, but the Chilli Basil Noodle was pretty average. My partner ordered the Green Curry which he said was yum. My son ordered the satay sticks which he ate all up. The serving sizes are pretty accommodating for share plates, overall a nice place.
Awesome food. Laksa is outstanding. Nice atmosphere and lots of room for large groups. Make sure you call ahead if you have a large group.
I ordered a thai fried rice with beef and the beef is too difficult to chew, and the rice is just simple. My friend order a noodle with beef and he got the same issue. Have the chef tasted his beef before or not? I would not recommend this.
The waitress served our family of 9 tonight is extremely rude and showing such a bad attitude. Never come back again. We paying money for food we deserve to treat better with respect. At least saying ThankYou to your customer. Disgusting service !!! So GROSS
