Attitude of staff is what makes me give this shop 1 star. Zero customer service. I love crust pizzas but can't stand the customer service of this shop. They seem to think that they can get away with bad customer service if they have a good franchise, which is wrong.

As it's our local been ordering from here for the past few years. In comparison to other crusts I thought this one had pizza bases that were thick and tasteless, almost like cardboard texture. However, ordered there tonight and it's IMPROVED so much. Pizzas were perfect, base was the right consistency, delivered hot and fresh to our door. Thank you for making a change!

One of the worst crust shop of new south Wales, i have tried so many other crust but this shop is disgusting very dirty polluted shop n their pizza are disgusting as well nd i think they don't even know how to make pizza and after that i saw other reviews of this store which makes me so mad to say that they should have been shutdown the crust because running CRUST PIZZA BAR its not their CUP OF TEA take that advice mate (owner) Because mate we don't expect such kind of poor service from this big franchise so don't ruin it cuz everybody is paying for it so Wake up

Overpriced, stingy, smothered with sauce on top like a kebab snack pack, serve 450ml for the price of a 1.25L (no 600), had to run to the toilet right after eating. Yucky pizza.

Peri-Peri tasted like Smokey BBQ chicken, wrong onions wrong ingredients and when I put it to them they did not bother, no apologies no replacement...left the pizza on the table
