Ridiculously efficient service - like Diner Dash in real life. Epic pho, soup was so flavourful! Medium is already pretty huge in size. High tech bathroom is a nice plus.

Good food. Service is fast but not very friendly. Good food although not a lot of meat in the beef pho but everything else in the dish had a good helping. A good place for some quick lunch with a friend.

Customer service was disgusting. Went on a public holiday with friends and weren’t made aware of their $2 surcharge (per head). It was only made known to us after we had eaten our meal by a rude waiter who gave us so much attitude. The surcharge policy was so deceptively hidden it even took the waiter 5 mins to find it himself. We asked for cold water and even made them verbally confirm that it didn’t cost anything. Lo and behold it cost $1 per cup. I’m surprised we weren’t asked to pay $1 per breath of air. Finally who the hell makes someone pay $3.5 for an empty bowl to share with their friends. Did it cost $3.5 worth of labour to clean the bowl or something? Was the bowl hand crafted by the queen herself? Never coming back again

This is an overrated restaurant. The food are good, but can't say perfect. What I couldn't  understand is they even charge $3.5 for an extra bowl! That's totally unacceptable. What if the customers just can't eat a whole bowl of pho by themselves or they just want to share with friends? Besides several waiters show impatient or unfriendly attitude.

I've been coming since I was 3, my parents love this place, and now I brought my 3 year old daughter for her first Pho, brought back so many memories, thank you so much
