AN Restaurant is particularly clean. Both the layout and food in the restaurant give people a clean, tidy and orderly feeling. The ingredients used in beef powder and chicken powder are very good and carefully selected. The texture of the beef is very clear, without any fascia or fat. The chicken and chicken offal are also processed very cleanly without any fat. The price is a little expensive, nearly $20 a bowl, but I still go there several times a month just for the special chicken noodles that I crave. It contains meat, cooked egg yolk, liver, blood, gizzard, heart and raw egg. The quantity is quite large and it often feels like there is more meat than noodles. The broth base is particularly delicious, the noodles are very smooth, and with plenty of ingredients and crispy sprouts, it is really super satisfying. The raw egg and chicken soup in a small bowl, I always stir them first, and then pour them into the big bowl. I don’t know if this is the right way to eat it [shy R] The cooked egg yolk in the ingredients is also amazing, I don’t know how it is made, the taste is a bit chewy, even my sister who doesn’t eat egg yolks, rushes to eat it every time.nDeliciousness index:
Can see why this place is busy as the pho here was of good quality. We found the soup nice but adding some chili really enhanced it for us and the meats were decent and had a reasonable serving. If you’re looking for value, getting the large for the extra dollar or two is worth it as it is a bit of jump in size but standard is still sufficient. This place is cash only so be ready to find yourself a nearby atm.nThe cons of the place would be somewhat in the service. Their customer turnover rate is quick and they encourage it. Before I even sat down they wanted to know we wanted to order and was annoyed when we asked for the menu. Their menu is small and you can view it from outside so they assumed you already know. When we were outside peaking in, you can see the wait staff looking back at us and I’m sure they were talking smack but hey, the food was good.
I visited this Vietnamese restaurant and was truly impressed. The pho was incredibly authentic, with a rich, flavorful that made me feel like I was in Vietnam. The bean sprouts were especially fresh and added a nice crunch to every bite. Overall, it was a memorable experience!
The service here is both quick and excellent. The staff are attentive and friendly, making the whole dining experience very pleasant. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and inviting, perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. The food is served in generous portions, which are definitely worth the price. Each dish is well-prepared and full of flavor. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food, good service, and a comfortable setting.”
The food quality here can be a bit inconsistent — extra meat is sometimes added directly into the pho, other times served in a separate bowl. The cash-only policy is also inconvenient. That said, the environment is definitely top-tier for a pho place. As for the service, it’s minimal at best.
