This is the best pho I've ever had. I always request extra chili oil, which enhances the flavor perfectly. While there is often a long queue during lunch and dinner hours, the service is efficient, so the wait is not long. The young coconut drink is also good. Please note that they only accept cash.

It’s been a few years since I visited An. An institution in Bankstown for their Pho .nNothing has changed. Their food is consistent and fast. Lightning fast.nTook less than a minute for our combination beef Pho to hit the table..nthe food is good, not amazing just as I remembered but there is a lot more competition for Vietnamese food recently.nService is ok. Fast but lack of care.nBut you know what you get and we will be back in a whilenGreat place to fast cheap eats and with groups/family.nOh, plenty of herbs and bean shoots are offered for every table, with a wedge of lime.
Best PHO ever in Sydney! Best chili oil to top off too! However the staff are a bit careless towards customers but as long as the food is great it’s all good! Lots of herbs on the side too.
Friend found a big bug half way through eating.nnWe suspect it was in the bean sprouts and basil and he assumed they were washed so he threw in a bunch into his noodle soup. At first he thought it was just debris or scum from the beef until he put it on the tissue and saw the legs.nnWe flagged a waiter and he said he'll change us a new plate of bean sprouts and basil, ignoring our request to get a new bowl of noodles. When he came back I insisted he gets a new one because my friend will not be eating from the same bowl.nnHe flagged another staff member for assistance and they straight away waved the first staff to just do it. This gave me the impression that it happens a lot.nnOverall, the three out of four of us had no issues with our meals. We did all agree that as customers who had not visited in a while, the soup was far less flavourful than before on the spices front. And of course it was unreasonable to expect my friend to keep eating from the same bowl.
