I don't like saying something if its not nice...how ever I asked the lady for packaging to make sure my parcel got safely to the other end without being damaged. I haven't used the postal service much for sending items and in the moment I got caught of guard thinking they would know best. I placed my box with a toy inside, inside a express postage bag as suggested by the lady at the counter. The box was destroyed at the other end. This was a collectable item and people like the boxes kept in good condition. This is my own fault, how ever come on where Is the pride in what they do...I wish I had read the other reviews prior to going to this store. I will never return here
Worst Australia Post outlet I’ve ever visited in terms of customer service and staff ‘friendliness’ Every time I’ve been here the staff have been rude, dismissive and somewhat snipey. I’ve observed animated conversations with some locals and others are treated the same way I am and I’ve never been rude or snappy with them. Really hate going here.
My post office is Coollangatta and the postie ended up taking my parcel to Tugun. I'm right near Kirra. Not only this inconvenience & cost to me with money and time.The Lady in the Tugun Post Office very unhelpful.
