guy that works there was racist to me and my mum because she couldnt speak english, was just rude in general and refused to give us a parcel. get better staff at this rate

went to pick up package and oh my god, the man was SO rude. just a horrible attitude and just not friendly at all. literally felt like crying after i left because of how horrible he was :
Takes passport photos but doesn't do passport application/renewal. Turned out the passport photo taken there didn't meet the standard and I had to have my photos re-taken. I strongly suggest get the passport photos taken at a Post office where also handles passport application. otherwise you risk having to take another round of photos....
the staff not only doesn't help but also behaves impolitely
