Incredibly rude male staff member and when I made a complaint they couldn't care less because it looks like he’s the owner’s son!nnI came to renew my passport and had my photo taken. The younger male staff member was incredibly rude about my appearance in my photo and very condescending, I then needed to post something else and he talked to me like I was an idiot when I asked for advice on the best way to send something overseas. I was very upset and had to leave. After I collected myself I came back to make a complaint and the older male staff member just smiled and said 'ok' and did not care.

Always super nice and polite. They get really busy and they still keep a smile on their face. Also open on a Sat morning!

I would rather use other post offices rude staff should not work in customer service when your attitude towards people is so appalling I wouldn’t even let you work with animals alone near people

It was nice to see 2 happy , positive fellows at Helensvale post office. Respectful and helpful. Keep it up boys!!

One of the best on the Gold Coast. They have everything you need to send letters, parcels, lovely selection cards and gifts.The staff are very friendly and helpful.  Love that it opens at 8.30am Mondy to Friday and it opend half day Saturday
