We had a fantastic experience at Helensvale Plaza Post Office getting our family’s passports sorted. After multiple issues at other post offices, it was such a relief to have everything done easily and without any problems here.nnThe staff are friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. They managed to get all of our passport photos right the first time , including our 4 year-old’s which another post office had previously messed up. Helensvale Plaza Post Office re took the photos quickly and perfectly, no fuss at all.nnIf you want your passport process to be smooth and stress free, I highly recommend skipping the hassle and going straight here. Excellent service from start to finish!
After receiving poor service from the runaway bay branch attended this branch to receive hassle free and smooth service lodging my kids passport applications. Wonderful staff and customer service thank you
The staff are incredibly rude, the man who served me was brutally dismissive when I told him the driver didn’t come to my house. He then showed me a photo of my front door and I said yes and my car was there and I was home and the driver didn’t knock just zoomed in on my door. Even my 5 year old asked me why the man was so rude to me. It all started because there is no internet in there and I couldn’t get the app to work so he sent me away
One of the best on the Gold Coast. They have everything you need to send letters, parcels, lovely selection cards and gifts.The staff are very friendly and helpful. Love that it opens at 8.30am Mondy to Friday and it opend half day Saturday
Incredibly rude male staff member and when I made a complaint they couldn't care less because it looks like he’s the owner’s son!nnI came to renew my passport and had my photo taken. The younger male staff member was incredibly rude about my appearance in my photo and very condescending, I then needed to post something else and he talked to me like I was an idiot when I asked for advice on the best way to send something overseas. I was very upset and had to leave. After I collected myself I came back to make a complaint and the older male staff member just smiled and said 'ok' and did not care.
