Jarrad has been my courier for the past few years and he's fantastic. He's helpful, patient, efficient and friendly - especially when I'm stressed and not yet finished packing my goods. I haven't had a missing item in 3 yrs. Thanks fastway!

Got to be the rudest customer service people on the planet You can probably understand why as I guess they only ever get complaints due to their services being worse than poor Zero stars is too good for these muppets however google reviews only allows you to post if you pick one star EDIT More recent bad experiences Item #1 Cards turn up in letterbox on days where people are home, driveway gates open. The card is future dated. Go online to rescheduled delivery (wednesday). First available delivery date the the following monday Next day, items 2 & 3 - same date on card as previous day, this time its correct. This time there was a possibility nobody was home Same scenario as above, however this time items taken straight to the newsagent - I would prefer my items to go straight there. Makes things so much easier So Wednesdays item I need to wait until following week Thursdays items, collected on Friday no issues. The only thing fast about fastway is writing cards and bolting down your driveway

Fastway is very hit and miss lately. Sent a parcel to Yuroke in Melbourne (15 mins drive from Melbourne airport) on 16/01. Had to ring them on 19/01 to find out where it was because their tracking was showing it still here on the Gold Coast. Was advised it was given to auspost to deliver and because it was rural it would be 10 days as stated on their website. Auspost could get it there overnight for the same cost...as a business that uses Fastway regularly... this is very dissapointing...The recipient of the parcel leaves Australia today so this delay has caused one very un happy customer. A dismissive attitude from their phone staff is not appreciated either. No wonder they are having trouble selling their franchises !!!

What a unprofessional lady at reception on 1st desk, I went there for information and she didn’t give me the correct answer and also I asked and requested to her for use a toilet and she refused, bad manners, I will never ever go there again. Bad experience

After having parcels delivered and left at my front gate for years ( have previously signed an authority to leave) I am now informed I have to drive to an agent to pick up my parcels. Not happy. Tried to find a email address on the website to send a new authority to leave and there is absolutely no email addresses or phone numbers on this website. Complete rubbish and a huge inconvenience to customers!!! New courier taken over the run and new rules all of a sudden. NOT GOOD SERVICE !!!
