Very efficient. Some confusion with what is expected as identification for another person collecting for packages. Different staff have different standards for ID and proof of address. Staff talking amongst themselves or to other customers whilst serving instead of speaking to customer they are serving. I know it’s old fashioned to expect simple conversation but it’s very impersonal and for some people this may be their only 1:1 contact with someone else in the comunity. You can change someone’s day with a simple hello, goodbye and a smile . It’s worth thinking about. Great job otherwise, I know my post is in safe hands. Thanks for all the hard work you do
Fantastic service, friendly staff and they are always willing to help when looking for a postal option. It can be busy sometimes, especially when there are people paying their bills, but the afternoon is usually a little less then usual. Parking can sometimes be a hassle for this store.

Horrible service, rude mouths, horrible attitude, toxic atmosphere full of bitter old women. no respect from staff, complete joke, tried over charging me $20 to send a postcard, maybe try hiring people who understand customer service. Will never come back here again hope the blonde old hag loses her job.
Visited this Auspost twice consecutively while we were at Gold Coast. Totally different experience as compared to the one at Australia Fair. We were served by Eleanor on both occasions and she was fantastic! She was professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Such a welcoming and pleasant experience. On our second day, she remembered us, cracked a joke about me forgetting to get Express Post the day before and even reminded us to scan our QR code without which we will not be getting our My Post Business discount. All this was done with pleasantries and efficiency. We did not have a printer to print our labels and she served us ever so professionally without judgement and with process knowledge. Kudos to Eleanor! Hope I spelled it correctly though. Highly recommended!
Chose to lodge my passport renewal here. After waiting 30 minutes, I passed my documents across the counter to be scalded by officious staff member that the form needed reprinting as the last line was missing. Totally acceptable. I will reprint. However, not content at that reprimand, I was then informed that I would need to make an appointment for the passport renewal. I explained that I had already investigated this on-line & it clearly stated no appointment required for adults renewing their passport. I won't be spending anymore time in this Post Office. Woman was absolutely devoid of customer service. Employ someone more deserving.
I usually just post from this location when I'm not close to my Paradise Point branch... Wait times are pretty long - but staff are efficiently capable to whittle the lines down. Happy with service and knowledge on parcel postage. I honestly cant complain - unlike other Aust Post branches.
