This was the second post office I went to for help with my lost passport. The quality of service was like night and day.nThe staff at Southport BC was extremely helpful and understanding.nThey were very busy, but that didn't affect their service and patience.nI'm so grateful for their kindness at a very stressful time as I am travelling overseas in a few days.
A place not even worth one star. The woman with the white hair was really rude. If she can’t be helpful or treat people kindly and dislikes others, it might be better for her to quit this jobnnI haven’t done anything to harm that woman staff with the white hair, so why is she angry and acting rude toward me? a very big thanks to Andrew for helping me out getting my new business postage rates on track helping me stay with Australia Post. He was very informative and helpful going out of his way to help offering me the best and cheapest possible way to help my customers win win. No hesitation to use this store. Yes it is a very busy outlet and the staff are under the pump constantly
i have always found the AP staff at Bay St Extremely helpful. AP needs to do something about delivery drivers not attempting delivery when someone waits home all day and then for reasons unfathomable take the package to a Post Office that is not the nearest to the original home address. Apologies to the AP person today at Bay St 15/07 for my abrupt departure. Just frustration
Feeling of unwelcome, they're doing you a favour, staffs hating to be there and it's a privilege that the staffs are even there to do their jobs. That's the feeling everytime I go to this post office. I have been hoping it will get better and held off from writing a review but after this many years, I think I should write something. I wish there is a better post office around cause seriously we need a post office that is friendly, helpful and serve the community. Management need to have a good look at their staff training because this is the worst post office I have ever had experience with. I believe the good in people, the issue here lies within its management, the shop culture from top down that has infected this particular post office into a toxic environment. When your staffs do not have job satisfaction, feel undervalued and overworked, they cannot provide good customer service. It's very disappointing. Australia Post Southport needs to do a better job.
