The clinic is much better now than it was. I have deleted my negative review. I rang and was given an appointment the next day. The young student dentist did a good job. Reception was helpful and obliging. Thank you for restoring my faith in the public health system.
I have been on the list for a potential replacement plate and can only describe my experience as excellent, plate was finally inspected and it was agreed it needed replacing. When I was listed for my first appointment ,I was fortunate enough to meet Hano and his assistant Karen, they were very professional in all aspects of the process, after the 4 appointments, I was presented with a very well fitting new plate of teeth, I would say a huge thank you to the Southport Health Precinct and especially Hano and Karen, they are 2 very professional special people, and remember Hano, when on the golf course , hit ‘em straight, thank you both.
Do not go here they are waste time. Got in my appointment got stabbed with needle and everything to find out there tools are broken and had to reboo. And they where rude when doing so
AWESOME. QLD has the most wonderful care, discussion, planning and skilled performance that went into my before care, then to produce, the best outcome, surpassing 4 attempts by NSW. So pleased with now COMFORTABLE full top denture and all but 5 teeth on the new design lower denture for better anchoring. All dentists were great and careful. Best was the team led by Dr Hano, his great nurse Karen and support 1 day Sandra, plus the technician Bev who was repeatedly asked to do the near impossible and give me, the most chewing areas on either side and a bite. SO HAPPY. Couldn't be better. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE. DON'T BE MISLEAD, ALL PROFESSIONAL AND CARING...You will have a great experience.
Been here a few times and these guys are great, honestly the best dentistry on the Gold coast and I recommend them over any others
My husband had dental appointment this morning and had nothing but praise for the service and lady dentist who attended him, so glad we did not cancel after reading the terrible reviews! Sure parking is an issue especially in the shocking wet weather this week but no other complaints at all, we will definitely use this service again and recommend it to others.
Terrible experience. Very unprofessional. Most of the so called dentist have no idea what's going on. They seem confused and give conflicting advice They kept referring me to the ENT specialist The ENT twice told me they should never of referred me there . All they're qualified to do is clean your teeth. Beyond that they just pass you on to the hospital to get rid of you Even the ENT criticized them. They should've done the right thing and atleast referred me to an orthodontist.
The hygienist the lady was excellent and cleaned my teeth with care and the student. Made me calm throughout while I was on the chair. Love my smile! Would go to her next time! Thankyou for bringing me through early. Talked me through everything.
My first experience was very professional and very impressive. Jonathon Mok assisted by Hannah extracted a tooth with a surgical extraction. A week later two big fillings including cracked tooth fixed. Their attitude, manner and expertise in my view second to none. All work reviewed and checked by experienced tutors. These two young people are destined for a great career. Funnily enough my best dental experience ever.
Eric Kook dentist I think he is originally from Korea was very rude to me and I didn't feel comfortable. He was so in a harry to finish with me and didn't care about anything else. I asked him something about the teeth and he wouldn't answer. . I think he doesn't like to be a dentist. Maybe because it's a free service so they think they can treat us how they feel like. I wanted to leave but stayed because i didn't want to make a scene.He made me feel worthless . My tooth was ok, just needed a filling but took it out anyway, so he could practice taking tooth out. AVOID HIM IF YOU CAN and avoid this place altogether. I will fight for a free tooth implant
