NORTEC Southport is hands down the bomb.com absolutely look after you. I'm only recently with them but they have gone over and above anything I could have asked for. I spoke with Shannon, super friendly and who really cares about clients. The amazing woman deserves a pay rise! and true round of applause for her impeccable help. I'm happy to be never going back to nortec never to see that jo guy or that kiwi lady that is the manager or the overweight guy that's always at the back of the office of the southport brunch good riddens!
The staff are all so helpful, caring and friendly - that is, everyone in the Southport office. They’re a proactive group and they actually give a helping hand unlike other recruitment agencies I’ve been to. They offered me a full time job with a company that I now love working there! Hopeless. Money grubbing profiteers focused on taking taxpayers dollars for zero effort. They attempted to upgrade my resume and failed with a generic freeware resume generator. They hide job opportunities and reserve them for certain clients. Sometimes they sent emails about low paid positions in industries I had zero experience in just to keep up appearances. They do not lodge all their vacancies as per contractual requirements. They do no job matching at all and do not care about getting people into work. Avoid like the plague
I can remember when I first came to this service I was critical and always on the defensive, I'm surprised they never told me where to go or send me on my way. But they stuck by me, Nothing has ever been a problem and they have supported me 100%. The staff are diversified with a wide range of life skills, and I believe they take there time to get to know and understand everyone on a personal basis.
NORTECH stands for NOR job, scam TECH. They lied to me from the very first conversation we had, they continually scam you and they even snatched away the paperwork I signed on my first day there when I questioned them about the lies they had told me. They even told me to be dishonest on my resume. They don't help you to get a job at all, they make sure that you wont get a job. They get paid when you attend an appointment so they don't want you to get a job, and in time you will see for yourself that, THESE GUYS SHOULD BE THE ONES LOOKING FOR A JOB THEMSELVES!!
I find staff at Southport Nortec helpful, patient and welcoming. I am grateful to their service and would recommend to everyone.
