I had my driving test yesterday with Adam and wanted to give him a shout out. He was very professional, made me feel comfortable straight away, and calmed my nerves from the moment we left the transport office. He gave clear instructions throughout the test and was genuinely such a nice guy. Thank you Adam!nnThe centre was very organised and efficient, and the lady at the counter was also very lovely and very kind. A really nice centre overall.
God served by a joyous young lady I think her name was Jenna? Or jasmine? young with dark hair and tattoos. She helped me register my car. She was so nice and helpful and I left with a smile on my face. She is what all customer service people should aspire to.
The sweetest human helped me today transferring my license at the department of transport in Southport. I have never been served by a person like this before. He was kind, sweet, very helpful AND so funny - Everybody needs a Mike!!!nThank you so much
Had my driving test today with Colin. He's extremely professional, great poker face and seems a really nice guy. The centre was extremely well organized, and everyone was very friendly. Thank you all for running a great place.
Made my day. I was having a stressful day but really wanted to get my new boat and trailer registered, i had booked in a RWC guy to come in the morning and to do the measure on the trailer. unfortunately he did'nt get there untill 3:30 and wasnt licenced to messure the boat. So, i hooked it up and pinned it to the southport Department of Transport and got there at 4:27 3 mins before closing. I would have turned me around, however the amazing staff stayed back, helped me measure and registered both the boat and trailer. They even got me a epic rego number for the boat. It's amazing how this act of kindness changed my day and I wanted to say a big thank you to the team there.
