Absolutely apalling. Massively overcharged and mismanaged our project from day one. Slow on communication. Frequently fired off emails with bad news just before 5pm on a Friday so was uncontactable until Monday. $200 + GST per hour to fill out a form on a computer. Including the huge fee we were charged we incurred a total of nearly $20,000 in costs to get a granny flat approved.
