This is one of the most unprofessional and unskilled franchises that I have ever encountered. The manager does not know the Australian Post guidelines. He is out of touch and very sensitive to criticism. He even argued with an Australian Post staff member who tried to advise on the correct procedure with customs declaration forms. 
When challenged he became petty and vindictive. 
I advise avoiding this business.
