Hours said open until 5:30pm. I ran from Surfers Paradise and got there at 5:28 and the doors were already locked and shut. I was going to walk away and forget about it but the older lady at the Lotto desk opened the door and ask what I wanted to send. So I thought phew she's going to let me send my parcel. She was really rude and told me "The post section shuts at 5 it's not my fault you'll just have to come tomorrow" (even though she had the door shut earlier than her hours anyway). Why open the door for me? I understand the post section shuts at 5 so I've submitted the edited hours into google, but that lady is lazy to shut her section of the shop before 5:30 anyway and can't believe how rude she was. I wanted to buy a lotto ticket and a magazine too but now she's lost my business. Awful

Usually the ladies are friendly and nice. But I sent a parcel overseas and specified that I needed it with the tracking option. They pointed to a number on the receipt and assured me I would be able to track. Well, nope, it was not trackable.....why bother to do a website and advise the opening hours when in reality it is different?.. Either maintain accurate information on the website or do not mention your hours at all.
