Conditions of Entry

At One 50 Public House, all efforts are made by management to provide patrons with the safest possible environment. Entry to the venue is at the discretion of Management.

CCTV is operational throughout the Tavern and crowd controllers are on premise whenever operationally required. Security personnel act with the authority of Management.

Management and Staff support the responsible consumption of alcohol and reserves the right to refuse service to customers who are, or appear to be, intoxicated or disorderly. Please be prepared to prove your age with valid and current identification.

Every person who enters the venue agrees to the fact that he or she may be photographed and filmed and that the images may be used to promote the venue.

To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all patrons, a minimum dress standard of smart casual attire and footwear is required at all times. The overall appearance must be neat, clean and tidy. Jeans, dress shorts, sandals and deck shoes are allowed, however marked or torn jeans will not be permitted. Sportswear, singlets, tracksuits, beachwear, work boots and hats are not permitted at any time. No thongs after 5pm. Management reserves the right to request that visible tattoos are covered.

There is NO SMOKING permitted within the venue, apart from designated areas. Smoking in car parks is strictly prohibited. A Smoking Management Plan is available upon request.
