Subway® Restaurant

The Ferry Road Subway store is my favourite. I have always received friendly and prompt service, excellent quality food and Seniors discount. My sincere thanks.

I've been into the restaurant twice. Both times were early morning when the restaurant opened. Had no problem with service or my order at that time. Only complaint would be that the restaurant is too small. Having 3 single persons waiting to be served requires the last person to be lined-up in front of the entry door. If the food bay was positioned at the back of the store rather than to the left, maybe customers at a low "3" deep would not have to wait in front of the entry door. To me, this is a simple logical and common sense way to set up the store! I have no complaint about the staff at this time.

I worked at subway as a teen and understand customer service. I have never left a bad review in my life and I eat subway often however I will never return to this subway. Both staff we rude and condescending to me for no reason as i have a smiley disposition and am polite. I was overcharged and treated unfairly. If you want a good sub and nice service visit park wood. They have lovely girls working there!

Service was poor due to lack of communication and forward thinking. Two small families and myself stuck between. My order was going cold whilst one staff looked after the payment of one family and the other staff takeing new orders from the family behind me. My belief is that the staff member taking new orders should have dealt with my order placing salads on until the cash regeister staff was ready to take over. It was unfair that I was not properly served first and that if I did not walk out I would have been served a cold sandwich. I want to leave this complaint to express my frustration and hope that staff training could be applied sooner rather than later.

Went into the subway to get 2 foot long rolls at $8.25 each. The staff put bacon on the meatball and did not tell me that it would be extra for the bacon of $2.00. I looked the prices on the wall. The additional charges for extra were behind plastics & on the oven, so in other words they were covered. Be careful when you go into this shop that if you ask for a footlong make sure you check to make sure you dont get charged any extras.
