I attempted to collect a parcel on behalf of my mother, who is currently overseas. She provided me with a photo of her driver’s licence showing the delivery address, along with the tracking number and full sender details. She was also available by phone to authorise the collection.nnDespite this, staff advised there was no flexibility and would not release the parcel. Phone authorisation was not accepted, and digital authorisation was not possible as my mother is unable to use the app. As a result, the parcel will now be returned to the sender and we will need to pay postage again.nnI regularly use the Ashmore Post Office, where staff are consistently reasonable and helpful in similar situations. This experience was disappointing by comparison, as a simple and practical solution could not be reached.
Amazing friendly service from the team. It is a very busy post office and the staff continue to smile and the staff work through all the customers very quickly with their services. Thankyou Nerang post office
Helpful n friendly staff. They do need lore on the counters whe the lines put the door headed to woolies. Only 2 isnt enough n tp much stress for the worker to have on them
Had to get both my kids passports and applications done here, couldn't be happier with the level of service received and professionalism from the gentlemen who served me- made sure the pictures were quality with my little kids being difficult and took away any stress during the interaction.
How can you possibly be so incompetent and useless You have one job to do and that’s to deliver a parcels How is it that difficult, every time there’s a problem it’s always you guys and no other delivery company,i’ve been tracking a parcel all week and it turns out it’s been at the post office for the last four days ,You haven’t left me any attempted delivery card or notified me, and my mobile number is on the box, even when I went round there to pick it up, you still couldn’t find it.
