I must admit we had low expectations when visiting the medicare office, which was born out of previous experiences from the overseas equivalents. however it's fair to say we were completely wrong. We started with a pleasant greeting from the security guard at the front door and this continued with the very friendly and helpful ladies on the front desk. We waited maybe 10 minutes to get called up by a lady who helped solve our issue with a level of professionalism and knowledge we had failed to get from spending a lot of time on the phone previously. We were in and out of the centre in less than 30 minutes and can only wonder why we didn't go there in the first place.
So very helpful and calm handling the covid passes. Couldn't think more highly of the team there and how they dealt with such an influx of people. Well done
Good customer service. Can be longer wait depending on the day and time you visit. Staff are helpful. Parking is available on the street.

Worst system ever, you can't make an appointment but have to wait over an hour for even the simplest of enquiry. Terrible terrible set up
