I don't think I've ever encountered customer service that's so begrudging and rude, and I'm a middle aged white guy. The way 2 of the staff treat people who don't look like me is totally appalling. If I didn't have to pick mail up from this place I would 100% avoid anything to do with them. If AusPost read these, find another partner. It's a pity there's no Zero Star option.

Always friendly and helpful when I arrive with an armful of orders and need help working out the best options for posting!

Literally no interest in assisting you the customer in any capacity whatsoever. No hello, no smile, absolutely nothing that would make me believe the staff have any respect for any living soul. Can't even find packages, don't even allow someone that I have asked myself to collect a package, to collect the package?!!?!? Done. Delivering any packages to my work address so I don't ever have to walk into this sad sad place again and deal with the miserable staff. They really don't do anything to improve Australia Posts already soiled name.

The place that customer service comes to die. Luckily there's a pharmacist in the same building.
