Dare to speak Truthfully. Dashing to reach out to the authorities and speak to them by looking into their eyes. I promise to come back and write the TRUEST FEEDBACK about HHS, which would be trillions and zillions of percent TRUTH, based on what I have PERSONALLY EXPERIENCED & gone through with HHS. I was holding but I MUST bring my experiences on public domain or on a public platform for the public to know what exactly, how exactly the HHS functions and treat the people. Allow me a day or two for reading THE PURE TRUTH. Lastly, if anyone know or can help me to take matter to the highest ranking people or authority to contact and speak with.
The woman who answered the phone did not let me speak even though I asked her if I could please explain my situation. She repeated back to me the one word answer I was allowed to give back to her and the information was completely wrong. When I said “no, you misunderstood, please let me speak” She told me to call launch housing and hung up on me. I had spent over 3 hours, over a week trying to call them and waited for someone to answer and that was the response I got. Awful treatment when I am obviously calling them because I am in need
Honestly do not waste your time with this place, they will take advantage of you and take your money then leave you homeless. They made myself and 2 babies homeless because they required the house I was living in to build more places, they kicked us out into the street and refused to help us.
Been waiting for a call back since yesterday, and no body has called me back.. I've rang ones today and emailed you guys and nobody has gotten back to me, it's getting beyond a joke I've asked for someone to connect me to speak to someone who's available & I get no help. You guys are usually good! So this is why I'm giving yous a 1 star because of the lack of communication and requests for call backs when I haven't received anything.
It is impossible to contact the Preston office by phone, I have tried everyday this week, multiple times, I have been on hold for 45 minutes and then been suddenly cut off many times, there is a recording saying 'you are 1st or 5th or whatever' in queue and then nothing for over 2 hours! It's so unprofessional and unethical for a crisis service to leave people on hold with no response, obviously it's a busy time but not everyone can get there in person due to sickness. You receive funding to support people, at least if no-one is going to answer the phones there should be a message saying that rather than endlessly waiting to no avail or being cut off- or there should at least be a way to get a call back.
I have been trying to contact Haven Home Safe for over three weeks. My disabled friend qualifies for the Rental Affordability Sheme and needs an urgent Intake Assessment he is currently couch surfing. I am calling on his behalf. Three times I was autimaticly hung up on before I could progress to the que. I've emailed and it was ingored after an automated response In two phone calls I have waited over FIVE hours and still no response. How dare they treat vulnerable homeless people this way.
Haven Home Safe is every unprofessional, the staff is unsympathetic and rude. I have been under them for the past 2 months and a half and they haven’t provided me with any support. They continuously claim they “Are funding for my hotel” I understand that but if no support is given and I continuously look for houses by myself, with kids, it’s very difficult. So disgusting how the government supports such an organisation.
My Friend Has been advocating for a homeless gentleman to get a home possibly with your organisation he is currently Couch Surfing. My Friend has been constantly hung up on & had no response from emails. Very unprofessional what sort of organisation does that to vulnerable people & their advocates. Useless organisation
Don't even bother waisting your time go directly to launch housing Haven home safe does not answer the phones They treat you like they are doing you a favour rather then their job They make you appointments through drop in basis If their staff cant come to there appointment instead of notifying you that its changed to a phone appointment they only tell you once you arrive then act like they are doing you a favour still even though they just waisted your time and petrol They make you go through an entire process of answering questions but then nothing comes from it and if they do respond to emails they pass you onto other people If you need help with first months rent ect they go through launch housing to get it so it'll be faster to do it directly through them although haven home safe don't tell you that.
I was facing homelessness while undergoing medical life saving surgery. This organisation gave me a safe place to stay and assisted in finding temporary accommodation. If it wasn't for this organisation I probably wouldn't have made it. But they are busy and to finally get a call back I got my social worker from the hospital to call them too ...it helps, they have a lot of troubled people needing help and really do have trouble helping everyone
