This site was the first one that came up, I drove 30 mins to get here and it wasn't even open. They have relocated!! I walked around the shopping centre for 10mins trying to find the stupid building to find relocation signs!! Change your flipn website!! What a waste of time!! It's not often I get a day off too!!

I am an IT professional, and I can assure you: This organisation has the most abysmal horrendous web service ever in the whole world. It requires you to enter your card number, password, date of birth, suburb, post code and 2 secret questions in order to log in and see claim history. If you want to change the bank details, that is unlikely to work. It's system has nice old out-dated financial institution details and your correct bank detail will show up as "Sorry your account no is not valid within this BSB number". How can you keep up-to-date on that? No way, then why do you validating that?

This office has moved to Murray Street Preston. Would have been nice if a staff member would have updated this online before making the journey.
