Just reading some of the comments around Christmas time and the customer service I got from the staff was very good. The post office was so busy and they got threw the line very quickly. If anyone has ever worked in customer service you will know how manic it get. Thank you and well done to all the hard working staff

Great service, staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They always keep the line moving, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service. Very happy to have a post office in my area that provides such great service. Will definitely be using this location from now on.

Having read all the reviews above, just want to say ‘please be reasonable when you are in any post office’. I have read other reviews of other post offices, I found the same critical ones as this one. I know, all the customers want to have their service as best as possible. However, the retail shops are only the front face to deal with all the complaints, but all the trouble you met are made by either delivery man or the delivery centre managed by the headquarter. The retails can’t do any better. The best way for you is to call 131318. Thanks.

In order to avoid this place, I now order all packages to be delivered to my workplace. I had a company refund me a purchase after not receiving it, only to find it had been sitting with this Post Office undelivered for over a month, along with two other packages I had not received. Truly awful.

Hopeless. Just hopeless. Don't pick up the phone during the week. Open for just 3 hours on a weekend. No record of parcels they have received nor returned. No one information of sender who they returned parcel to. Franchise should be closed.
