This is an incredible post office the staff go above and beyond to help you, they have done a great job since taking this business over; they have made so many improvents and have new and different stock arriving regularly. If there something you are looking for you can ask the manager to get it for you. They get a lot of customers in on a daily basis especially for parcel collection; you aren't kept waiting long at all unlike other post offices and they know the best way to post things. The other day when I was in I witnessed a customer being quite rude to the staff but was most impressed how the staff politely managed the situation...just wanted to thank you for your kind and friendly service.

Pretty blunt staff. I went in there to send a parcel and received a pretty weird vibe. I prefer the Prahran post office up the road.

I love this post office - honestly get great service every time! As a local business with an online store we are in and out there all the time and often with obscure address's too that need attention. The owner Shyam is very helpful and goes out of his way to make my job easier!

I work from 9-5 so getting my mail is really inconvenient. The customer service here is of a high quality

Staff are so lazy they'd rather send you to an alternate Australia Post than simply look for your parcel out the back...... Disgraceful business and people
