I have used CS Town Planning for two separate matters and have found them to be good value for money. In each case they listened to my situation, asked questions, discussed my chances of success and then detailed their fees - as well as how the planning process works and the timeframes involved. When I subsequently decided to use their services I found that in both cases they did everything they had promised and they communicated back to me clearly, promptly and efficiently. In one matter I was successful and in the other matter I was not. That's life. Having now gone through the experience, here are my few words of wisdom in the hope that they can help others... Hiring a town planner is a bit like hiring a lawyer or an accountant. They can't give you guarantees and any money you decide to spend is a gamble. You hire a town planner for the same reason you hire a lawyer - because you don't have planning expertise yourself and you're hoping that you can tip the odds a little more in your favour. Hiring a professional town planner WILL certainly improve your chances. But no one can guarantee you success, so know your budget in advance and don't shoot the messenger if you don't succeed. I would use CS Town Planning again without hesitation and they would be my planner of choice.

These folks saved me a packet of money and time on building houses in Greensborough. If not for them id still be up to my eyes in paperwork. First on my call list for my next build.

We used CS Town Planning for a development on our property. Paul and Riccardo stuck by us through VCAT and beyond with a neighbour that would not stop complaining even after there VCAT loss. Paul was patient with me when I was at my wits end and always remained calm. Thanks for the support and always competent advice, if they did not know the answer to a question they would go and find it. if you think you are going to hit issues with neighbours this company will sort it for you. Thanks guys.

Undertook planning for what they termed a 'simple' renovation. Project was delivered months late and they charged me more than twice the quote. Would never recommend this company Wish I could rate them with zero stars
