I went in to change payment day, saw there were lots of customers already seated waiting so was expecting to be waiting for a minimum of an hour or more.. But was called up after about 15 minutes, and had my enquiry resolved and sorted within 2 minutes. Credit where credit is due- I'm pleasantly surprised by how quick and efficient the service was, with no dramas. 👌👍

Waiting , waiting..!! Surely The Government could spend more money on extra staff to answer simple questions or process a basic renewal MEDICARE form . Instead just sit and wait...Not good service Vic.gov.au.

I understand that the Centrelink staff have limited resources and tools available to help the general public. It can be frustrating at times, but I understand they are doing the best they can do. Keep up the good work.

I went there today at noon. The reception lady asked if I have a CRN number, I said 'Yes', and she said 'Is it the number you MADE UP or we gave to you?' The RUDEST reception I've ever seen!!!

Arrogant attitudes. I did not come here for just taking a telephone number card. Very impolite and horrible service everytime I visit here. They must shame on what they are doing.
