It's a horrible experienced I had at Victoria gardens post office . Had my passport renewed on Monday and Australian passport office rejected my photos due to insufficient lighting with the photos . The guy that served me didn't even comment or gave any suggestions that my photos wasn't meeting the requirement. Went back today telling them I misplaced my receipt and wanted them to just print a new . They say they could not do it as Monday has passed and the couldn't do it due to unretriveble credit card statement. It absolutely shocking horror for an Australian post office who could not help by just printing out a receipt for a customer . Would not return.

The worst post office i have ever been too. The cant ever locate a parcel, the shops such a mess also.

Hopeless - they take at least 10 minutes to locate your parcel and first tell you they can't find it because I 'must have picked it up' already. This happens every time. The shop floor is disorganised with customar parcels sitting everywhere in plain view. On one occasion where they couldn't find my parcel (it was there) they literally threw my licence and delivery slip across the counter at me. Rude and disorganised staff and shop.
