Disgraceful service. Pink hair lady has the critical thinking skills of a rock. Inconsistent rules being applied around package pickups - physical ID suddenly needed after not being required previously. Arrived with digital QR code, no suggestion of another photo ID + utility statement which is sufficient per the website . What are we doing here stop making our lives difficult for no reason honestly. Feel like they’re just trolling people
Rude staff. Arrived at 4:59 to collect a package. Lady was not willing to assist me. Was told to come back the next day. Only took 30 seconds to get the package the next day.nA minute overtime is not going to kill you.
Rude staff even I showed her a qr code and digital passport. I even took an uber just to get a package and unable to collect. So disappointing and waste of money
Worst customer service experience. I went there three times in a week, and on the third visit, I was told to come back again. What is going on? I just wanted to pick up my parcels, but they said they couldn’t find them. How is that even possible? Isn’t their main job to locate and hand over parcels?nThis whole situation has completely ruined my mood. I’ve also seen many reviews with similar complaints—clearly, this is not a one-off issue. They really need to fix this. It’s ridiculous.nThe staff were also rude. Not once did they try to help or offer any solution. They just kept telling me to come back after a few hours or on a different date.
What a joke. I received an official email from the post office saying my parcel was ready for collection. But when I went there, the staff rudely told me to come back in 2 or 3 hours because they “hadn’t finished sorting the parcels.” Then why send the pickup notification in the first place? It’s completely misleading. The staff had no manners, no apology, and no respect. Just rude attitude. This is not how you treat customers. If you can’t deliver basic service, don’t send out fake pickup messages. Absolutely pathetic experience.
