Worst service ever! My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 6th January and it's been 23rd and there is no update till now. The delivery person is soo blind that he took the parcel out for delivery, then forgot to see the address and delivered it back to their delivery center, atleast that's what the customer service team say. I'm contacting the customer service everyday for the last two weeks and they give the same response "We understand you and will make sure we will get the parcel delivered to you as soon as possible." None of the customer service team know where my parcel is nor the delivery center. My biggest question here is why hasn't any action been taken against the delivery person who lost my parcel? Why are they not saying it explicitly that they lost my parcel? Instead of relying on Aus Post, I could have gone there in person and got my parcel. Regret using Aus Post!

I get many parcels delivered to the post office and the staff are always happy and helpful. Big call out to Rod for his exceptional service, you are fantastic!

Before today, I had never felt the need to write a bad review! Avoid this place and its rude, incompetent staff AT ALL COSTS!

Very very bad services. Received the wrong parcel 3 TIMES despite repeatedly informing the manager. (The parcel was for MOUNT WAVERLEY and mistaken for OAKLEIGH??). So they decide to constantly send me the wrong mail instead of sending me my driver's license that has been pending for half a year. What's going on?
