Worst service ever! My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 6th January and it's been 23rd and there is no update till now. The delivery person is soo blind that he took the parcel out for delivery, then forgot to see the address and delivered it back to their delivery center, atleast that's what the customer service team say. I'm contacting the customer service everyday for the last two weeks and they give the same response "We understand you and will make sure we will get the parcel delivered to you as soon as possible." None of the customer service team know where my parcel is nor the delivery center. My biggest question here is why hasn't any action been taken against the delivery person who lost my parcel? Why are they not saying it explicitly that they lost my parcel? Instead of relying on Aus Post, I could have gone there in person and got my parcel. Regret using Aus Post!

Rude services and spoke Indian language in the front of clients, and abused clients too. Wish vote 0 star.

Told me the wrong information now my package is going back to me from Sydney because my friend is not allowed to collect it. So weird.

Terrible service. Called to ask about a missing package and the lady abused me and hung up the phone.
