Extended hours are great. But they don't know how to use their own 'parcel collect' system. They have left me hanging days on end on 4 occasions now. Parcel is ready for pickup but they don't enter it into the system so infer notified. Local training is needed but not even an official complaint has resolved these issues.

What a bunch of lazy rude slags they put my package on the wrong self and told me it wasn't there is have to come back another day... Called tracing they said it was there... So I went back and asked for my package they said they still couldn't find it until I said I'm not leaving without it go and get my bloody package five min later I got my package..... I hate you ormeau Aus post you well below average and should consider a new career
