Poor customer service from your middle aged staff member at 10.01am. All I wanted to do is post a parcel. You were so rude. Then kept me waiting while you had a conversation at the printer with another staff member. I came in with paperwork done and you proceeded to tell me I had to do it online. Why was I given this form to fill out in the first place? Yes you made me aware however it was not your decision to carry on like a police officer and treat me poorly. I wanted to post a parcel and pay the higher price in which you said for that I would have to do online. I have been coming to this post office for years and never have I been treated this way.
Great post office. Friendly, helpful staff who make you feel welcome and they have a great selection of gift ideas, cards, postal bags and boxes.
Absolutely brilliant service. So good to see in these days. Without exception these guys always greet you with a smile and will go out of their way to ensure you get the best possible service at the best possible rate. If I could I'd give them 10 stars. I've lived in the Ormeau area for many years and have always found their service offering consistently top quality even when I'm running late or in a flap!. Well done Team Ormeau, just wish all Australia Post branches followed your example
Huge Thank you to all the ladies behind the counter for making my trips to the post office a easy task & with such friendly service. Also Scott for his amazing service on days my small business has pick ups. Can’t wait to use your services more once my business goes online. All staff at Ormeau post office either at counter or behind the scene deserves to be recognise for their amazing services in our Community.
I attended this Post Office Tues 7-5-2024 around 9am. Met by a brunette lady with an inability to smile - but thats not why I write this review. It's due to pure incompetence. We have a business account with a Band 4 savings discount. Our code was scanned by this person, then when the parcel was processed told me there was no discount. The price to post to be $56.15 - to which I disagreed. She asked if we have sent any packages lately. I said we have, many in fact. Again she said there was to be no discount. I asked for the parcel back and said I would take it to my local. She promptly tore the sticky label off that she had applied and replied IT WON'T BE ANY DIFFERENT AT ANOTHER POST OFFICE. Mmmm wrong. Very wrong lady. I took it the very next day to the wonderful people at Canungra. See the pictured receipt. Discount of $7.02 to Kuwait. BAND 4 DISCOUNT.nAUSTRALIA POST please go and train the Ormeau staff. READ THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS by other customers.
