Never answer the phone, rang 3 times, no answer and mailbox full.

The rudest most incompetent staff ever, they cannot speak english, and they LIE to customers. I paid for REGISTERED POST TO BE SIGNED BY ADDRESSEE ONLY, THEY CHARGED ME $11.85 and sent it normal post and mail was given to WRONG PERSON. The rude staff refuse to answer phones, and FORGOT to lodge a redirection, even though it was paid for. This is the worst post office in Australia, as they constantly make serious mistakes. They need to employ AUSTRALIAN SPEAKING PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. 4/5/17 This is getting worse, the mail we paid for a re-direction on has been returned to sender, it has NOT been forwarded on, this is now a criminal offence by the post office of FRAUD or THEFT, as the money was paid to them for the re-direction, and the staff have stolen the money, and NOT DONE WHAT WAS PAID FOR. This has created serious personal issues, as phone was disconnected as the bill was returned to sender, and NOT re-directed to us so we could pay it, same goes for other bills, mail and a parcel, that has NOT been returned to sender, it has GONE MISSING ! . . . I do not believe them, most likely, stolen by the staff

I don’t know why this post office even exists. First of all they never answer their phones and then the website says they close at 12pm on Saturdays when it should say 11am because at 11:30 they lock their doors. Useless!!! Completely useless!! Poor service!!!!

Feel generous giving 1 star tbh. I am not one to ever complain however, an individual staff member here is AWFUL! She is rude and operates like a robot. I came to pick up my girlfriends package with HER ID and post slip and still was not given her package. Also, a worker took my phone out the back of the store when i simply was showing her i do infact live where my parcel was addressed. Incompetent and need lessons in answering a phone.

Needs to empty their message bank so a message is able to be left. I have tried to ring 6x and no answer - Just 'This message bank is full, please try again later'. Very poor service in this aspect.
