Department of Transport and Main Roads Customer Service Centre

Went in to renew my licence. Parked at 2:13PM (on a Tuesday). Drove away at 2:28PM. So quick. Helped that I printed and filled out the form at home. So easy to get to when I plugged into Google Maps, and the route even accounted for the U-turn I needed to make at the light. Open at the time and day I went which matched what was listed on the website. The staff were professional, polite, and friendly and it was a clean and pleasant atmosphere. I don't enjoy having to go, but since I had to go, I couldn't have asked for a easier, nicer experience.

I got very quick service when I went at 2:30 on a Thursday. Asked the lady which times/days are the best. Best: Tuesdays and Thursdays. Worst: Fridays, and any short week that includes a public holiday. The worst times of day are lunchtime and after the afternoon school run. You're welcome.

Fantastic service the last three visits. Staff are friendly, proactive and courteous regardless of the time. Great work!

Fairly quick and very courteous service.If you can avoid it,don't go first thing in the morning as customers are lined up out the door. I went at between 2 or 3 pm.
