Reviews
Not very proactive at getting things done, they seem to be very reactive and defensive upon any criticism. Previous mayors have been full of empty promises, neglect some suburbs while putting a lot of attention towards others. The council still has a lingering stench from the corruption scandal a few years ago. People who have lived in the area for a longtime say Beenleigh & Eagleby were much better off under Gold Coast council before the change.
Constantly causing terrible traffic. Someone should launch a class action and sue them.
They don't send anyone out to mow or clean the parks
I spoke to a lovely lady who was very patient with me while helping me set up online portal and finding my online rates. Thank you sister for your amazing service .
