Best thing about Beenleigh Medicare/Centrelink is the lovely security guard at the door, always so friendly and courteous. The staff could certainly learn a little customer service from him and maybe even smile every now and then..

Front service desk ladies were very helpful. Managed to see me in between serving clients. Excellent service. Thankyou

Offering comfortable chairs for the long waiting time.Staff kept busy with the huge presence of customers.

I did not realise this place was joint with centerlink so a lot of waiting time
