I visited Services Australia at 10:30 and waited for about 20–30 minutes before being seen. I brought my receipts with me, and the staff helped me process my Medicare claim quickly and accurately. Everything was very smooth and efficient.nThe environment was clean, comfortable, and easy to wait in. There were enough seats, and the atmosphere felt calm and organised. The parking situation was also good—there were plenty of spaces available, so it was easy to park without stress.nOverall, it was a very positive experience, and I really appreciated the helpful and professional service.
Came in today for help with my MyGov. Ended up in tears because of the disgusting person on reception. She was appalling. Do better! DS189nnThankfully there was a lovely lady Joan who helped me.nnI can’t thank her enough for her kindness and the dignity she showed me.
