on Saturday as this last week I returned an Australian geographic timer, date and temperature and I couldn’t see for it because I’m older. I couldn’t see how to set it up so I returned it Saturday morning and the woman who served me, It was very curt, Very unpleasant until I stood my ground and said well it’s no good to me and then I offered to buy something else but she refused. Eventually she agreed but not without a lot of unpleasantness.
Worst customer service ever!! The older lady needs to retire or learn a thing or 2 about how she speaks to her customers. Absolutely dreadful experience would rather travel the extra 10mins and go to the Beenleigh one instead least that P.O knows a thing or two about good customer service and is helpful.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Kathleen from Australia Post Eagleby, and I must say, her recommendation for the cost-effective post option was spot on! Not only was she knowledgeable, but her customer service was exceptional. Kathleen truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. Highly recommended.
Horrible customer service. Went in to pick up a package I missed at the door. The staff member said it’s not there when my app stated it was. Failed to help me then said ‘you can check tomorrow’ on Good Friday? Great, you lied to me now I have to wait till Tuesday 4days to get my package.
Worst post office. I work full time and don’t finish till 5:45 everyday, rung Australia post to have them ring post office to let them know my son will pick up parcel as it is my daughters 5th birthday and her gifts from New Zealand are there so she has something to open tomorrow. Post office refused to give parcel this is the 4th time I’ve had to ring Australia post in regards to this post office. Worst service ever.
