As a number of review note wait time in line can be a bit long but in saying that this can depend on the customer being served. Some like a bit in a conversation and this may offen be the only interaction they get in the day which is important so staff are good and listen. I found staff to be friendly. I checked in with the person at the entrance which help as I needed to see a different area thus they directed me to s seat and wasn't waiting in the wrong line. I seen Bron who was awesome and helped even when it was past closing time
I’d like to sincerely thank Judy from the Commonwealth Bank Beenleigh branch for her outstanding help this afternoon. I was feeling extremely anxious due to an issue with my account, and Judy was calm, patient, and incredibly supportive throughout the process.nnAlthough it took a couple of hours to resolve, she made sure everything was fixed properly and, most importantly, before the Australia Day long weekend.nnI’m very grateful for her dedication and care. Thank you, Judy, for going above and beyond.
Went to the Beenleigh branch to open a new business account, the lovely lady at the entrance I'm sorry I didn't get your name! was great and was able to place me in the queue, and then Bron helped me through the whole process, was very patient and kind, and very efficient also. The attention at this branch was awesome, I am so glad we still have physical branches to go to, and helpful and kind staff. Thanks CBA team!
Service is terrible. The place is filthy. Don’t try calling them to get a large withdrawal organized because they never answer the phone. The last 3 visit averaged 1 hour each. Absolutely shocking for the profits they make.
Absolutely useless, unhelpful staff. Have no idea what they are doing. Something simple took 2.5hrs. Employee supposed to be helping Went on lunch and left me waiting for 45 mins. Would not recommend this branch at all!!!nOnly adding star because I can’t leave review with out it.
