Why do the staff at Beenleigh Commonwealth bank lie to their customers all new coins and banknote are ordered from the reserve banks as note printing Australia and The Royal Australian mint do not issue money  that is the job of the reserve bank. Banks order new cash from the reserve bank so I was told at both note printing Australia and the mint in Canberra, but a teller at Beenleigh told me today the only way they get the new $5 notes is when customers bring them in where did they get them as the banks issue all new banknotes  it has been this way for 100 years I do not like the staff at the Beenleigh branch treating  me and other customers as if we are  stupid either that or your staff a poorly trained or maybe bank managers are taking the new notes to sell on eBay??? not sure, but do not talk down  to your customers as if we do not know how things work. Not happy
