Have been in twice both at different times and different days. Both times I got the job done OK but it took forever of standing in a queue to get there. Having recently closed a nearby branch they need more tellers here.
Tried to call the branch a bunch of times literally to just find out where they are because the address comes up different on maps. I was hung up on the first 2 times then it continuously went to voicemail. Ridiculous.
I have been trying to get a update on a fraud case, i reported it in branch at Beenleigh, i didn't receive a case number or any contact numbers, i went back to the Beenleigh branch again 5 days later, the lady at the branch finally gave me a number to call. When you call the number it prompts you and takes you to an online service where you have to put your case number in which i didn't have, after phoning the number for a 4th time i managed to speak to someone who told me i had reached the wrong department, and after finally listening to me transferred me to the correct department, after being on hold for over 2 hours i gave up, i can't say the service is terrible because you have to get some services to be terrible , 1star is too high .
The staff here are tremendously miss-leading and completely unreliable. Providing opinionated information without being a financial advisor and giving us paperwork with other peoples names on it for us to sign. Absolutely useless, provide incorrect information about their own accounts and cant understand a polite no thank you from a customer. Where possible, use the Oxenford branch. The people down there are younger, less pushy, more experienced and actually knowledgable about their products and services. Avoid Wendy at all costs
The staff who is a middle-aged lady lacks education. She interrupted me many times by repeating the reasons for not being able to provide services. She lacked patience and did not understand basic politeness. It is impossible to believe that Westpec has such low requirements for its employees.
Long waits as there was only 1 person serving and a few staff members walking around which weren’t. My issue was not resolved yesterday when I original went in and I had to come back in because they had shredded my card yesterday so no way to access my account other than in store. Disappointed in service and wait times.
Went here to Bank a couple of Cheques. Branch Manger showed me how I can do this, using the ATM. And made my life much easier.
I just came from Loganholm branch i was waiting 15 minutes no one spoke with me Arrived Beenleigh branch the line longer but I didn't wait any more they was very quickly friendly and helpful Thanks
What a joke The guy behind the counter wasted my time today unable to help as my licence was expired by 4 days
Walked in and they have like a concierge to find out what your needs are. Natalie was very helpful and friendly and helped me use the ATM to make a deposit.
