Suncorp you are not hearing your customer. You need more teller and more branch to be open in area keep up with commonwealth branch in customer service. You guys are falling behind. I can see why people are moving banks. You are too focus having people work behind phone and desk to get sales for insurance you forgot about customer that bank with you.

Worst Suncorp I've been involved in. Poor service. I've banked with them for over a decade and the treatment I received one day nearly made me change Banks. It's the corporations weak link around here. Some of the women staff are friendly tho
