My Husband and I purchased our First Home and I had the pleasure of dealing with Di King at Ownit Conveyancing. After working with Di for the past 5 years I had no hesitation in using Di for my own personal matter. Her hard work and dedication to her job is truly amazing and is always there to answer any questions or queries along the way. Di always puts in a 110% to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. I would recommend to anyone who is Buying or Selling to use Di King!

We are incredibly disappointed with the service that was provided to us. With Ownit being so well know and recognized, we were expecting a smooth and seamless purchase of our first home which was straightforward and uncomplicated. However, this was not the case. We gave clear instructions that were not followed, our name was misspelled on paperwork and forms were sent to the wrong email address causing us to have to follow up some mere hours before our settlement time. We were not sent any reminders to follow up, despite it being sent to our wrong email 1 month prior. We are incredibly dissatisfied with the service provided and would not use this service again.

We dealt with Kirsty Spring and from the start she was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to ensure that our transaction went smoothly. We would definitely recommend the service and would be very happy to use them again.

Own It Conveyancing were the most unprofessional conveyancing solicitor we have EVER dealt with.  I was the buyer self-acting in the purchase of our home November/December, 2017. This solicitor was handling the business for the vendor.  The Paralegal, Josie (Josephine) Bishop who handled the account, will lie to you about the progress of a settlement and makes herself unavailable to most phone calls, she will not answer calls at the most vital time of the contract, when time is of the essence. No responses are received in crucial times from emails either. Josie advised us that the title transfer had been mailed to the vendor 3 days before settlement as a way to STALL, despite the title transfer document turning up on the day of settlement with a solicitor from Own It Conveyancing's signature.  She also failed to complete part of the title documents so settlement took longer then it should have when settlement FINALLY went through. This solicitor is totally incompetent, they extended settlement a week past the contracted date and did not take any responsibility for this. I'm sure the vendor wanted their cheque BEFORE Christmas 2017.  They would not take any action until I started discussing damages. This solicitor convinced the seller that it was appropriate to provide early possession despite settlement not having gone through..... VENDOR BEWARE!
Not only this but they provided the incorrect amounts required for the 7 cheques that were requested and settlement nearly didn't go through over 1 CENT! Given they do this every day, they should have the ability to work out a simple math equation! Additionally, 2 months after settlement, we're now advised they have LOST one of the cheques for approximately $12,000 of the purchase price. This was the commission for the Real Estate for the vendor.... VENDOR AND REAL ESTATE AGENTS BEWARE! They've advised the real estate that they have made contact with us to cancel the original cheque and draw another however, we have not received any contact about this.  This solicitor is dealing with 100's of 1000's of dollars daily, how can they not have the appropriate document procedures in place to ENSURE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN. 
I'm pleased we weren't the ones paying them because I would have fired them in a second with their conduct, they are USELESS!
